City of Port Arthur Information Technology Presents

The Living Security Secure IT! Escape Room

October 11, 2019

City Hall - 5th floor, 444 4th St, Port Arthur, TX

Never tried an escape room before? Now is the time to take on the challenge!

An escape room is an interactive game where a group of 6-8 people in a room, must work together to solve a series of puzzles using clues, hints and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. But beware; you have only 20 minutes to unveil the secret plot, which is hidden within the room.

You DO NOT have to be a security expert. The challenges will relate to online security concepts that you come into contact with in real life. This event is for any adult that wants to learn how to be safer when online, or uses a cell phone, email, social media, or the internet.

Spots for this event wil fill up fast, so signup and be prepared to exercise those brain muscles and have some fun while doing it. Don't worry, the door isn't really locked.
